Nerie

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC


The name "Nerie" is linked to the name of a brave Etruscan leader. In archaeological excavations carried out in Villalfonsina in 1914 were found many archeological finds that show the presence of a trade with the Etruscan area in the VI-V B.C. Among others, the bronze statues depicting a knight and cinerary made of red mixture showing the outline of the same knight and the word "ne" (probably an abbreviation of the name Nerie). The label of our "Nrerie" is inspired by a bronze disk with relief that the knight above mentioned.

The wine shows an intense ruby red color with reflections.

Intense smell, characteristic, typical of the grape, with robust tannins and well balanced taste of wood and harmonious.
